Group Tour Rule Book
To ensure a safe and memorable experience for everyone, please carefully review our group tour policies.
01.Fixed Departure policy
All group tours operate on fixed dates and fixed itinerary. The Departure date can't be changed once the tour is confirmed so travelers must join the tour according to the scheduled Departure date.
02.Minimum and Maximum Group Size
Minimum group size: 16, Maximum group size: 64. If the minimum size isn't reached, the company may reschedule or offer alternative dates/packages.
03.Advance Booking & Payment
₹2000 booking amount is required to confirm. Remaining amount must be paid on Day 1 upon arrival. Seats are allocated based on booking priority (first come, first served).
04.Cancellation Policy
Group tours involve pre-booking hotels and transport, so last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
05.Room Sharing Policy
Rooms provided on double or quad sharing basis. Solo travelers may be paired with same-gender travelers. Private single rooms will be charged extra.
06.Punctuality Rules
Report on time (ideally 1 hour before departure). Vehicle won't wait more than 10 minutes. Late arrivals may miss activities without refund.
07.Behavior and Conduct
Respect fellow travelers and co-ordinators. Avoid disputes or unsafe behavior. Disturbance may lead to removal without refund.
08.Adventure Activities
Paragliding, River Rafting, and Snow activities are optional and at personal cost. These are conducted by third parties; the company is not responsible for any harm.
09.Weather & Road Conditions
Mountain travel is unpredictable. We may modify sightseeing, routes, or itineraries for safety due to weather or traffic.
10.Identity Proof Requirements
Carry a valid Government ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) for hotel check-ins.
11.Age Guidelines
Travelers must be between 18-40 years of age. Participants outside this range will not be accepted.
12.Lost & Found
The company will not be responsible for any items lost or found during the tour.
13.Smoking & Drinking
Smoking and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
